"Shipping and Packaging" - Please take care in packing your unit when shipping to me. I just cringe when I receive a unit with obviously no packing material and its just thrown in a box. Over the last number of years I have seen a lot of avoidable damage with just a little work to pack a unit up properly. My solution is to send you a packing box if you are unable to find a suitable shipping container. For $40 plus shipping costs (appx. $15)I will send you an IFR/Aeroflex Shipping box with foam inserts for you to open the box, place your unit inside and take it to the UPS shipping hub. I have yet to see a unit damaged in one of these boxes. I make no money here as this is basically what I pay to get them. The idea is to avoid shipping damage and It's really easy on me to ship back to you...Because I would rather just put it in the box with the foam inserts as well. Either way, please pack carefully as I want to avoid making the call to tell you about the damage. Thankyou...
